Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items.

Refund Policy

We want you to feel calm and confident in every purchase from TUCK Lab. Each kit and digital design is handmade with care to support your creative journey.
 

Physical Products (Starter Kits & Materials)

If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days in its original condition and packaging.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Used kits or used tools

  • Sale or clearance items

Digital Downloads

All digital files are non-refundable, as they are instantly available after purchase. If you have trouble accessing or using your download, we’re happy to help resolve any issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with a photo of the issue within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
